Formerly a Director of P&O Properties
with responsibility for running a business with an asset value of £120
million and a staff of thirteen
Phil has lead a series of major portfolio acquisitions including the
P&O national team who bought a £73.5 million property portfolio from
Britannic Assurance in one of the largest deals of its kind in the late
1990's
Phil employed this experience to negotiate the £6.5 million Management
Buy-Out by Ciel from P&O in 2000
He is one of the most recognised figures in the Birmingham property market
and his circle of friends includes many of the senior members withiin the
business, legal and professional community.
Phil is married with a son and two young daughters and in his spare time
enjoys fly fishing, reading and socialising.
Joined P&O Properties
in 1985 and in 1989 became the head of the building surveying division
responsible for the maintenance, health & safety and insurance of the
Midland Regional property portfolio.
A highly skilled project manager, Stuart has a reputation for delivering
up major construction works on time and within budget. He has led
design and construction teams on many high profile development and
refurbishment schemes with the contract values up to £11 million.
Stuart is married and his wide range of interests include fine wines,
vintage cars and motorbikes and hiking holidays.
Joined P&O Properties
in 1985 having previously worked in estate management for both public and
private practice firms and, in his role as Regional Development Surveyor,
set up P&O’s expansion into provincial capital projects.
Specialises in planning, marketing and funding and has been directly
responsible for developments nationwide which have grossed over £45
million in sales and £10 million in rent over the last decade.
In 1999 Steve was given the ultimate accolade by his peers when he
received the award for Development of the Year at the Midlands Property
Show for the
Ciel have recently embarked on a major development programme with 7
projects underway with an end value of nearly £10 million.
Steve’s active role in property trading and deal making is supported by
a sophisticated network of agents across the country.
Steve is married with four children and in his spare time indulges in his
passion for most sports, notably golf, football, rugby and cricket.
