Formed in 2000 in a joint venture with The Royal Bank of Scotland , we are a traditional property company operating across all sectors - retail, office, industrial, leisure & residential. However our extensive experience, coupled with the stability of our funding partner, allows us to be uniquely innovative in our approach to property management, development and investment.  

We do not hold to the narrow view of property simply as an income stream. We prefer to invest in a constant cycle of improvement in our land & buildings, always with a view to optimising the end value. Our skills are in asset management : notably in the fields of development, refurbishment, restoration and conversion ; but also in the basics of repair, maintenance & renewal for the benefit of tenants and investors alike.

We are unashamedly acquisitive, always seeking new stock from £1/2 million to £28 million and through The Royal Bank of Scotland, have fast track access to funding.
